EMPOWERING POSITIVE CHANGE

leaf

At CEIN, our Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) services are designed to help participants address behaviours of concern in a way that builds confidence, self-esteem, and independence. We work alongside individuals to help them reach their NDIS goals, build better relationships, reduce behaviours that may be harmful, and ultimately enhance their quality of life.

Our approach is collaborative and person-centred. We conduct thorough assessments in partnership with the participant, their family, and support networks. From there, we develop a tailored Positive Behaviour Support Plan and provide practical training to implement effective, evidence-based strategies.

We support children and adults with a wide range of disabilities and behavioural needs—including those involving restrictive practices. Our team is made up of highly experienced practitioners from multiple disciplines, with expertise in complex cases such as children in care, forensic settings, and severe psychosocial health conditions.

What sets us apart is the depth of knowledge our practitioners bring. With extensive qualifications, clinical training, and ongoing professional development, our team delivers therapy that is informed, compassionate, and impactful.

Our behaviour support practitioners work closely with other allied health professionals to provide comprehensive, coordinated care, helping participants achieve their goals with confidence.
