Our Services
We deliver support for participants who require assistance with complex clinical tasks, such as:
- Complex bowel care
- Enteral feeding (PEG/PEJ tubes)
- Tracheostomy care
- Ventilation support
- Subcutaneous injections
- Diabetes management (including insulin administration)
- Complex wound care
- Seizure management and emergency protocols
All high intensity supports are provided by trained and competent support workers, under the direction and supervision of qualified healthcare professionals. Our teams follow strict protocols and NDIS Practice Standards to ensure safe, consistent, and high-quality care.
We understand the importance of building trust with participants and their families, especially when delivering complex supports. That’s why we focus on a person-centred approach—ensuring dignity, choice, and control are at the core of every service we provide.
Our support staff receive ongoing clinical training, supervision, and competency assessments, and many are experienced in working across diverse and high-risk environments, including forensics, mental health, and dual diagnoses.
We work closely with participants, their care teams, and allied health professionals to ensure services are well-coordinated and aligned with individual care plans, clinical protocols, and NDIS requirements.
