Aliya has spent over three and a half years at CEIN making a real difference in the lives of others—and she’s just getting started. For her, Support Coordination isn’t just a role, it’s a calling. Every conversation, every goal achieved, no matter how small, fuels her passion to help people live more empowered, fulfilling lives. That same spark she had on day one still drives her today.

With a background in both Public Relations and Community Services, Aliya brings a rare mix of strong communication skills and sector smarts to her work. She has a talent for breaking down the complexities of the NDIS and helping participants feel confident and supported every step of the way.

Aliya’s commitment to care doesn’t end at the office door. She co-founded a grassroots community kitchen and food distribution service with friends, where she plays an active role in supporting people doing it tough. Her passion for social equity shines through in everything she does—from building trust with participants to serving meals with dignity and kindness.

When she’s not championing positive change, Aliya recharges through stories—reading autobiographies of inspiring figures and occasionally penning her own reflections. Whether she’s guiding someone through a tricky NDIS pathway or writing about the human experience, she leads with heart, humility, and hope.
